The highlights of Bruce and I riding together yesterday included experiences ranging from lunchtime at a farm to table restaurant at Sorrel resort lodge; where the nightly room rate will set you back $2200-2900. A fantastic pastry Chef is employed there to do magical things with a wide variety of items, like bread, rolls, pies, cakes, cookies, pastries, donuts, and more.
The rest of the ingredients come from the farm where two people are employed at growing food and making art. Then there’s the horses, most are yet to be broke and the two greeter dogs. Pause for a moment and take in the following three pictures.
Bruce quickly befriended one of the two female sisters. The entire scene is set by the mighty Colorado River where you can sit and contemplate humanity for humanity sakes.
And then we visited a movie museum to learn about the Moab movie industry.
Today we are contemplating a number of things in the way of EASY, MODERATE or DIFFICULT trail ratings.
