Advice vs good advice on the Camino

Yes people opinions and advice are like a-holes everyone has got one. Take for example what you have already heard about not carrying more than 10% of your body weight. Not only good advice but great advice.

Today on the camino we saw many experienced hikers that did not heed this advice and are now in Zubiri paying for it.

People instead of asking so many preparations questions why not first work on getting fit. Good advice.

In the military I recall anything usually hanging would sooner or later get you a moniker such as Joe Shit the Ragman or the dangling man.
