The West Coast’s Annual Migration – BoatUS Magazine

Great story worth reading from BoatUS Magazine.  The island you see in the picture is Isla Espirito Santo (holy spirit island) only separated by a small canal next to its sister island Isla Partida.

We look forward to exploring this island as well as some of the more than 1,000 islands scattered throughout the Sea of Cortez. Espirito Santo is 31 square miles, larger in size than our Catalina island; with twelve protective bays, white sandy beaches and warm waters.  Add to that mix over eight hundred (800) species of fish and the occasional whales, dolphins and sea lions, and it just doesn’t get any better.
