Diesel tank scrubbing – a very, very dirty job

Note below – those walls are now gone for full access to the 200 gallon diesel tanks on both sides.

Engine rm complete except for secure tanks, paint and install starter

Trunk complete except for install frame and boards
Interior complete
Fly bridge complete except for canvas
Electronic complete except for radar, install Transducer
Deck needs anchor windlass, removal of teak and seal decks

Notify 2 wks in advance to Adam
Install starter starboard engine
Windlass re chrome install

Todo, bright work on steering wheel and flag holders
Fiberglass diesel tanks
Install trunk floor
Connect water hose rear water tank

WORK COMPLETED APRIL 2014 PAID ADAM 824.00 560 WAS LABOR

MONDAY
Removed engine rm wall
washed boat

TUESDAY
Demo complete, install engine rm leds, fix helm bad led, wash engine rm

WEDNESDAY
LEDS INSTALLED starboard side
ANTENNA CORRECTLY mounted
SINK DRAIN SUMP INSTALLED
BATTERIES FILLED
finished connecting batteries, etc in engine rm.

THURSDAY
Starboard led lights and new switch added
Sand varnish doors
ADDED ENGINE RM TOOLBOX

FRIDAY
Removed the windlass
Mats visit
visit Powells books

SATURDAY
HIKED APE CAVE w Matt and Lisandro

SUNDAY
OFF DAY
bought drone $139

MONDAY
SAND AND CETOL DOORS AND REMAINING AREAS

TUESDAY
New port alternator, removed automotive alternator
Removed genset cables and discarded
Corrected inverter cables wired incorrectly
Removed starboard starter
Removed genset filter
Correctly fixed air leaking into port engine
Replaced leaky fitting
Adam from Kodiak has windlass to replace motor plus re chrome job

WEDNESDAY
Sand all remaining wood, ie doors, trunk area etc.

THURSDAY
Cetol oil stain both doors, rear trunk area, front windows, side windows, all doors in fly bridge

FRIDAY
Adam from Kodiak fixed air leak in port engine, leak in vacuum gauge, no charge due to his incorrect install

FLYING for Lisandro at hood river, payback for his work helping to remove engine walls, sanding, applying stain, installing fly bridge led lights, installing, engine rm led, lights and remaining closet led lights

SATURDAY
Drive home ARRIVE LA 4 am

MISSION COMPLETE

REMAINING WORK TO BE DONE

install windlass
Haulout and install Transducer
Add radar
Add 3 in strip of fiberglass to both diesel tanks to secure tanks
Secure rear water tank

Add transducer haulout scheduled
Remove old transducer hole, seal genset hole

HAM LIC
Add larger holding tan
Add radar
